Outsourced fire sprinkler design with published pricing.
Branchline Design exists because design capacity, not field labor, is what caps how much work a sprinkler contractor can take. A contractor with crews available and a full design queue still turns down bid invitations. That is a scheduling problem wearing the costume of a hiring problem, and it is the problem we take on.
We are set up as overflow capacity. Plans come in, fabrication-ready shop drawings and NFPA 13 hydraulic calculations go back, on a schedule that was published before you asked. The work is done by US-based NICET-certified designers, and it is not subcontracted offshore.
The one thing we do differently is commercial rather than technical: we publish the rate card. Everyone else in sprinkler design outsourcing quotes case by case after a call. We think an estimator who can price design into a bid in a minute is worth more to us than the margin we give up by not reading the job first. We take work in 8 states.
