What we collect
The information you type into the estimate form or the project form: your name, company, email, phone number, project details, and any link to plans you provide. We do not ask for anything else.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, confirm scope, and price and deliver design work. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone who is not working on your project.
Analytics
Analytics is disabled unless it is explicitly turned on for this deployment. When it is on, it is a privacy-preserving measurement tool that sets no cookies and records no personal information.
Retention
Enquiries and project records are kept for as long as we have a business reason to keep them, and are then deleted. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it.
