Two things, kept separate on purpose
Everything we sell is NFPA 13 design services for sprinkler contractors. We do not inspect, we do not do service work, and we never bid installation against you. The core offering is delegated design; PE stamping is a distinct add-on with its own availability, and we do not bundle the two into one promise.
Core offering: delegated design under NFPA 13
Included in every project fee
You send plans. We produce fire sprinkler shop drawings a fabrication shop can work from, and we run the hydraulic calculations that prove the system against the available supply.
This is delegated design in the ordinary sense of the trade: the contract documents set the performance requirement, and we produce the sprinkler design that satisfies it. The work is performed by US-based NICET-certified designers and it is not subcontracted offshore.
Contractors sometimes go shopping for a hydraulic calculations service on its own. We do not sell one, because a calculation is only as good as the layout it was run against. The drawings and the calculations come together or not at all.
2 revision rounds are included in the fee. Comments from the authority having jurisdiction on our design work are handled inside the included rounds.

- Fabrication-ready shop drawings, plan and elevation, with a sheet index
- Hydraulic calculations with the demand point and the supply curve
- Stock listing and cut lists suitable for fabrication
- Hanger and seismic bracing layout where the project requires it
- A submittal package assembled for the authority having jurisdiction
- Native design files plus PDF, delivered together

Add-on: PE-stamped design documents
Separate add-on · available in select states
Some jurisdictions and some owners require the sprinkler design documents to carry the seal of a licensed professional engineer. Where that applies and where a stamp is available, we can arrange it as an add-on at $1,200.00 per project, regardless of how many zones the project has.
This is an add-on, not part of the core offering, and it is available in select states only. We confirm availability for your specific project at scope confirmation rather than promising it in advance.
Delegated-design acceptance varies by jurisdiction. We confirm that a given authority having jurisdiction will accept the work product at scope confirmation, before any design work starts.
