Pricing does not vary by state. The rate card is the rate card, whether the project is in a coastal metro or a county with one plans examiner. What varies is how a jurisdiction treats delegated design, and that gets answered before you owe anything.
Scope is confirmed within 4 business hours, 2 revision rounds are included, and the minimum project fee is $1,750.00 everywhere.
Delegated-design acceptance varies by jurisdiction. We confirm that a given authority having jurisdiction will accept the work product at scope confirmation, before any design work starts.
